Accuracy of Shipment Information:  When placing an order, you agree that all details that you provide to www.shoptpeclothing.com for the purpose of purchasing goods, sizing information, shipment address, buyer's name, etc., are accurate and complete in all respects at the time of purchase.

Goods Not For Resale:  Your contract for purchases made through www.shoptpeclothing.com is with The Perfect Exchange, LLC, and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.  If you would like information pertaining to ordering in bulk or for a merchant store, please email us for more information at info@tpeclothing.com  

Delivery:  We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible.  However, stated delivery time frames are estimated, and it may be subject to change.  Normal delivery is 7-14 business days from purchase, but it is subject to change.  We ship our packages through USPS.  We will email you your tracking information from our carrier, USPS Stamps®, as soon as your package has shipped.  

International Shipping: Please note that we can ship internationally, but additional shipping charges may apply.  These additional charges are for shipping, and it varies by country. 

Returns: We will accept returns within 5 business days of your receipt of your order, where goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all tags.  If you would like a return, please immediately email us your order number and your return request to tpeclothing@gmail.com. Then, mail us your original item in perfect condition to our address at the following address: P.O. Box # 229, Norcross Ga 30091. 

When you mail us your return, please include a note with your order number and the new size that you are requesting.  We also ask that you include tracking for your own records. We reserve the right to request reimbursement for re-shipping the item to you.  Please allow sufficient time for your return to be re-delivered.

Availability: All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by The Perfect Exchange, LLC. The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service, to the U.S only.

Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to The Perfect Exchange, LLC to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card or Paypal account will be pre-authorized.  You certify that the payment method you are using is your own, and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the products ordered. Where a gift card has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the point of order placement.  We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of dispatch. 

Information: Once an order has been placed, we will contact you via email 1) to confirm your order details and again 2) once your order has been dispatched. Should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will use the email address provided in your order.  For the sole purpose of aiding a delivery, your contact details may be shared with the chosen carrier. Please see our Privacy Policy Statement, which is located at the bottom of our website for more details.

Hours of Operation: Please note that our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.  Emails received after hours will be responded to on the next business day.
